Ikigai Law and S&K Brussels LPC are pleased to invite you to a compliance seminar on the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules 2025 (DPDP Rules). The DPDP Rules were notified on 14 November 2025, bringing the DPDP Act into force and formally ushering in India's new data protection regime.
Indian and Japanese data protection specialists will walk you through the implications of the DPDP Rules, the key compliance obligations, and the overall project plan for implementation. The session will be conducted in both English and Japanese. We look forward to having you at the seminars.
